Dance Arts Centre is teaming up with True Friends to host our 17th Annual Dance with Courage fundraiser November 4-15, which has raised over $335,000!
Dance Arts Centre remains focused on teaching our dancers the important values of working together, leading by example, maintaining deep values of social responsibility and giving back to our community, which makes our partnership with True Friends a perfect match!
True Friends is a nonprofit organization that provides life-changing experiences for children and adults with disabilities. True Friends’ programs include camp, respite, therapy and adaptive riding, retreats, travel, and team building. True Friends camps help children and adults with disabilities build their confidence, increase their independence, and make lasting friendships, all while having a blast water tubing, horseback riding, and zip-lining.
What is Dance with Courage?
Dance with Courage is a virtual fundraiser hosted by Dance Arts Centre on November 4-15, to support True Friends, a non-profit organization that provides life-changing experiences for children and adults with disabilities. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support True Friends and the children and adults with disabilities they serve.
