The setting:
DAC provides the space with tables (includes white tablecloths & centerpiece) and chairs.
We will do the basic set-up and clean-up.

You provide the rest; snack/drink, cake, paper products, decorations, party supplies etc.
Up to 20-minutes allowed for setting up additional decorations prior to party time
